Contents Page: Change

After the first alteration to my contents page, I have decided to closer the link between my own contents page and my inspiration NME contents page by adding a band index in order to fill up more room on the page. I have also added in more page numbers and features to the contents page to make the magazine look more full and I also added rulers onto the page so that I could allign the page numbers more neatly than my previous contents page design.
