Using Photoshop - Prelim Task

I used photoshop as the main programme when constructing my preliminary task college magazine cover and contents page. Prior to this, I had used photoshop only a few times, and so was not very skilled or confident in using it. It took me a while to figure out how to use it but with help from friends I quickly learned the basics of how to use it: how to add text, change the background colour, change the shape of the image, crop the image, add shapes etc. I now feel confident in using photoshop for these functions but still need to work on expanding and extending my knowledge in order to create a successful and high standard music magazine for the main coursework task. To do this, I will watch online tutorials, get help from friends and practice using photoshop so that I will be able to use the more complicated and advanced tools when it comes to the actual creation of my music magazine.
